A variety admitted to the NLI but not legally protected may be maintained by more than one maintainer.

Application for entry of an another variety maintainer to the Polish National List (NLI) should be submitted by a maintainer to the COBORU Director, in one copy.

In case of hybrid varieties, the consent of a breeder to maintain the variety components is required.

Application fee amounts to 500 PLN, irrespective of species.
