in one copy.
Authorization to represent a variety breeder and/or maintainer - in case the application is not filed by a breeder or maintainer:

- An agreement in writing signed by the breeder of:
- components of hybrid variety to be used thereof for breeding, if a component of this variety is protected by Plant Breeder's Right (PBR)
- initial variety protected by Plant Breeder's Right (PBR) if it has been used for the breeding of a derived variety
To the application can be attached a
list of natural persons who participated in breeding or discovering and developing of a variety:
