- Commission Regulation (EC) No 637/2009 of 22 July 2009 establishing implementing rules as to the suitability of the denominations of varieties of agricultural plant species and vegetable species (O.J. L 191 of 23.07.2009, OJ L 213 of 07.08.2013)
- COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2021/384 of 3 March 2021 on the characteristics of the names of varieties of agricultural plant species and vegetables and repealing Regulation (WE) nr 637/2009
- COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 763/2013 of 7 August 2013 amending Regulation (WE) nr 637/2009 as regards the classification of certain plant species for the purpose of assessing the adequacy of the variety nomenclature
- Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of The European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 (OJ L 150 of 14.06.2018 with amendments)
